C.R.H.R Sheets

Cold rolled sheets are produced by rolling steel at room temperature after it has been hot rolled. This additional processing improves surface finish, and dimensional accuracy, and increases strength. Hot rolled sheets are created by rolling steel at high temperatures, above the recrystallization temperature. This process is generally faster and less expensive than cold rolling.
Our Services
Automobile Industry
Cold Rolled Sheets: Used for precision parts, body panels, and structural elements due to their smooth finish and high tensile strength. Hot Rolled Sheets: Used for heavier structural components like frames and wheels, where surface finish is less critical.
Construction and Infrastructure
Cold Rolled Sheets: Applied in interior and exterior architectural elements, facades, and other decorative applications. Hot Rolled Sheets: Common in frameworks, bridges, and reinforcements where durability and strength are crucial.
Manufacturing and Fabrication
Cold Rolled Sheets: Ideal for precision equipment, appliances, and small machine components due to their dimensional accuracy and uniform thickness. Hot Rolled Sheets: Suitable for large fabricated parts, such as heavy-duty machinery and industrial equipment.
Our Benefits
Superior Surface Finish
Cold rolled sheets have a smooth, shiny finish, ideal for applications where aesthetics matter, like appliance casings, automotive panels, and furniture.
High Precision and Uniformity
Cold rolling allows for precise thickness control and minimal thickness variations, making them perfect for applications needing tight tolerances.
Cost-Effectiveness
Hot rolled sheets are generally less expensive than cold rolled sheets, making them ideal for applications where budget is a key factor.
High Strength for Heavy-Duty Applications
While not as hard as cold rolled sheets, hot rolled sheets are still strong and well-suited for structural applications such as beams, rail tracks, and heavy machinery.
